My fave professor posted this in Facebook and tagged her ‘babies’ wishing us a good semester (a new semester is about to start next week. What??!!!! Next week? Holy f… s….!) and hinting us we know what to do – (keep) study(ing) Korean (even if I no longer have Korean classes for more than a year now).
Guilty as charged! I’ve actually been thinking that I haven’t studied Korean for a looong time. Like seriously studying it following-textbook-or-online-lessons kind of studying. I’m again putting the blame on lack of time. There’s just too many things I need and want to do that I’ve never, even just once, opened any of my textbook during the entire summer vacation (and even before that, I know!).
I’m into translations lately though –
mostly all of which are I Do I Do related stuff. It’s fun – doing translations. I’m learning a lot, but it doesn’t make my Korean skills improve. Well, yes, I learned a new word here and there and a new grammar structure as well. But I seriously still need legit studying. Sigh.
I missed studying. And I missed blogging (legit-Korean-related-blog-posts and not the fangirling blog posts I’ve been doing these past few days). But I’m not sure… I can see how busy I’m going to be in the next 20 days – plus I’m on the height of my fangirling – yet again! (let’s put the blame on Kim Sun Ah’s addicting new drama). 😥
One at a time… one at a time and I can, hopefully, smooth things out. One at a time.
